About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable intranet solutions on AWS for large enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Provide technical pre‑sales support, including proof‑of‑concepts, architecture reviews, and cost estimations.
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents, ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud-based solution engineering, preferably with AWS.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript, with experience building RESTful APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL databases and data modeling.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
