About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for integration‑related incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues across the platform’s native connectors and third‑party vendor APIs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and vendor teams to troubleshoot, reproduce, and document bugs, ensuring timely resolution and knowledge base updates.
- Maintain and enhance integration documentation, runbooks, and support playbooks to streamline onboarding and incident response.
- Analyze integration performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide proactive support by monitoring integration health, conducting regular health checks, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or integration engineering role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and common authentication flows (OAuth, API keys).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network, data mapping, and data transformation issues.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical details to non‑technical customers and vendors.
- Experience with version control (Git) and issue tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
