Drive the design and deployment of autonomous AI control systems for heavy industrial plants, improving efficiency and reducing emissions through real‑time optimization and physics‑based modeling.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI‑driven control algorithms that optimize plant operations in real time.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sensor data, physics models, and machine learning pipelines.
- Deploy scalable solutions on cloud platforms (AWS) and maintain high availability in industrial environments.
- Analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on models to achieve measurable emission reductions.
- Document system architecture, best practices, and provide technical guidance to field teams.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, and real‑time data acquisition.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a passion for sustainability in heavy industry.
