Hands‑on Solutions Engineer who partners with enterprise clients to troubleshoot API and payment integration issues, ensure launch readiness, and act as the technical liaison between partners and development teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic enterprise partners, answering complex API and payment‑flow questions in real time.
- Diagnose and resolve integration problems, including token generation errors, empty‑cart issues, and other transaction failures.
- Validate and certify partner implementations ahead of major launches to guarantee performance and scalability under load.
- Reproduce defects, create detailed tickets, and coordinate with internal development teams to drive timely resolutions while shielding them from ad‑hoc interruptions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, best‑practice guides, and sample code to streamline partner onboarding and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.).
- Deep understanding of online payment ecosystems, tokenization, and common error patterns.
- Proven troubleshooting skills, able to debug live systems and reproduce issues in test environments.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and modern development tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
