Drive the deployment and optimization of a global SaaS platform, leveraging Python, AWS, and SD‑WAN expertise to deliver integrated network, voice, and IT security solutions for enterprise customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end solutions for enterprise clients, integrating SD‑WAN, ITSM, and UCaaS services on a cloud‑native platform.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Lead on‑site and remote deployments, ensuring seamless integration with existing network and security infrastructures.
- Provide post‑implementation support, performance tuning, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Document solution designs, configuration guides, and best‑practice playbooks for internal and customer use.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical pre‑sales for network and cloud services.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and AWS services (EC2, VPC, CloudFormation).
- Deep understanding of SD‑WAN architectures, ITSM processes, and voice/UCaaS technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with network troubleshooting tools and performance monitoring platforms.
