Solutions Engineer - Central

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Central team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions to meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining our technical infrastructure, including our cloud-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand customer requirements
• Implement and maintain technical infrastructure, including cloud-based platform
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical solutions engineering role
• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS
• Experience with machine learning and data analytics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
