About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at all levels to understand cash‑office workflows and identify opportunities for automation and integration.
- Design, prototype, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions combining software (Python, SQL) and hardware (IoT, embedded systems) components.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to create compelling proposals, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Lead technical presentations and workshops, translating complex concepts into clear business value.
- Maintain and enhance solution documentation, ensuring best practices for deployment and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solution engineering or pre‑sales roles, preferably in security or cash‑handling industries.
- Strong technical foundation in cloud platforms (AWS), scripting (Python), and data querying (SQL).
- Hands‑on knowledge of IoT and embedded device integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel for customer visits and onsite deployments as needed.
