Solutions Architect
Lead the design and evolution of complex systems using SAFe, MBSE, SysML, and DoDAF, ensuring alignment between mission objectives and stakeholder requirements while managing technical risk and driving architectural excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and evolution of complex systems and systems‑of‑systems.
- Establish and maintain the architectural vision within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) environment, supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Apply Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies using SysML and DoDAF frameworks to define system architectures, analyze requirements, and manage technical risk.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between mission objectives, stakeholder requirements, and technical implementation.
- Facilitate architecture reviews, workshops, and decision‑making processes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect in complex, mission‑critical environments.
- Deep knowledge of SAFe, MBSE, SysML, and DoDAF.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
- Experience with Agile Release Trains and cross‑team collaboration.
