Experienced Solutions Architect leading pre‑sales IT solutioning for supply‑chain customers, translating requirements into high‑level WMS/TMS designs, integration strategies, cloud infrastructure, and cost models.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical solutioning for new supply‑chain customer pursuits, including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.
- Translate customer business requirements into high‑level WMS, TMS, integration, and infrastructure designs.
- Develop IT cost models and pricing inputs to support bid proposals.
- Create solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and present technology reviews to clients.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff to launch and project management groups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture for supply‑chain, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Proficiency in systems integration, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and infrastructure design.
- Demonstrated ability to build IT cost models and pricing estimates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills for pre‑sales and client presentations.
