Design and deliver AI‑driven, no‑code solutions for enterprise customer experience, integrating large‑scale machine‑learning models on cloud platforms and guiding cross‑functional teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions that enable agentic automation across the customer journey for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate business requirements into scalable, cloud‑native designs.
- Define integration patterns using REST APIs, microservices, and no‑code orchestration tools to connect AI agents with existing CX systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout implementation, ensuring performance, security, and cost‑effectiveness on AWS.
- Produce technical documentation, solution blueprints, and proof‑of‑concepts to support sales and delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering complex, cloud‑based solutions, preferably on AWS.
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, and integration of AI services.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with no‑code or low‑code platforms for rapid AI deployment is a plus.
