Solutions Architect
Lead enterprise data strategy for asset and wealth management clients, architecting scalable solutions on the Databricks platform using Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow across cloud environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end data solutions for financial services customers, ensuring alignment with regulatory and security requirements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate business needs into scalable Spark and Delta Lake architectures.
- Advise clients on best practices for data ingestion, lakehouse design, and MLflow‑driven model lifecycle management.
- Lead technical workshops and demos, showcasing the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Provide post‑sales support, troubleshooting performance and architectural issues in production environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture or solutions engineering within financial services.
- Proficiency with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, and machine learning pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II) is a plus.
