Solutions Architect
Design and implement end‑user technology solutions, leveraging Azure, Windows, and VDI to enable secure, scalable, and user‑centric experiences across the enterprise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy end‑user solutions including Windows desktops, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and mobile device management.
- Integrate Azure services (Azure AD, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop) to provide secure, cloud‑enabled work environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) and templates to streamline provisioning, configuration, and compliance.
- Define security controls and governance for endpoint devices, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and support teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise‑wide end‑user technology solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, Intune/SCCM, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and security best practices for endpoints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
