Solutions Architect
Design and implement end‑user technology solutions, focusing on Microsoft 365, Windows platforms, and virtual desktop infrastructure while ensuring security, automation, and seamless integration with Azure services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy end‑user computing solutions, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with security and networking teams to embed endpoint protection, identity management, and compliance controls into all solutions.
- Develop automation scripts and templates using PowerShell and Azure Resource Manager to streamline provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and support teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve user productivity, security, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing end‑user technology solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Azure AD, and VDI platforms (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix).
- Strong scripting skills, preferably PowerShell, for automation and configuration management.
- Proven knowledge of endpoint security solutions, patch management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects on schedule.
