Drive technical success for early‑stage startups by delivering prescriptive AWS solutions, designing scalable cloud architectures, and guiding customers through migration, automation, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with startup founders and engineering teams to assess business goals and design end‑to‑end AWS solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Provide hands‑on guidance for migration, modernization, and deployment of workloads using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and container platforms.
- Develop and present architecture diagrams, proof‑of‑concepts, and best‑practice recommendations that address scalability, security, and cost‑optimization.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal AWS product teams to surface startup‑specific feedback and influence service roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating cloud solutions on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of core AWS services, networking, security, and serverless architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD tooling, and container technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
