Lead data science initiatives, building predictive models and analytics solutions on AWS using Python and Postgres to drive actionable insights for complex business challenges.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and analytical pipelines on AWS to solve business problems.
- Extract, transform, and load data from Postgres and other sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to deliver high‑impact insights.
- Document methodologies, maintain reproducible code, and share findings with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python for data science and machine learning.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, Redshift).
- Hands‑on experience with Postgres and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
