About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end predictive models that forecast campaign performance and customer response.
- Integrate complexity and risk modeling into the broader marketing forecast pipeline, ensuring alignment across cross‑functional teams.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using SQL and Python to support model inputs and reporting.
- Create visual dashboards and analytical reports to communicate model insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate model performance, implement enhancements, and document methodology for reproducibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering) with 2+ years of experience in predictive modeling or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and time‑series forecasting techniques.
- Experience building data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to convey analytical results.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, data‑intensive environment.
