Software Engineer
The Solutions Analyst partners with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions, leveraging SQL, Python, and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for data solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, data models, and dashboards using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret analytical results and recommend actionable improvements.
- Document solution designs, processes, and best practices for future reference.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business or solutions analysis with a strong focus on data.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases; experience with Python for data manipulation is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience creating visualizations and reports in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
