About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load financial data from the platform’s extensive dataset using SQL and ETL processes.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that track key financial metrics for over 30,000 provider organizations.
- Perform detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and product roadmap planning.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, and sales—to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or business intelligence roles within a SaaS or health‑tech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build robust financial models and perform data‑driven forecasting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with healthcare data or familiarity with long‑term care metrics is a plus.
