About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for SAP Customer Data Solutions customers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze root causes and implement long‑term fixes.
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation, knowledge base articles, and best‑practice guides.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
- Advise customers on architecture, configuration, and optimization of SAP HANA and related data services.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP HANA, SQL, and data integration tools.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or similar) for automation and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
