Support and troubleshoot complex SAP BTP solutions, leveraging Node.js, Java, and SAP Cloud SDK to resolve customer issues and optimize platform performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents on SAP Business Technology Platform, including Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA, and connected services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze root causes and implement long‑term fixes.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on best practices for Node.js, Java, and SAP Cloud SDK deployments.
- Document solutions, update knowledge bases, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and 24/7 incident response as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting cloud‑native applications on SAP BTP.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Java, and SQL with hands‑on SAP Cloud SDK knowledge.
- Experience troubleshooting SAP HANA, Cloud Foundry, and related services.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
