About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of SAP service delivery projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Implement and maintain SAP Solution Manager best practices, including configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging ITIL processes and Agile methodologies to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP solution management and service delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager, SAP NetWeaver, and related SAP modules.
- Hands‑on experience with ITIL frameworks and Agile project management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
