Solution Consultant I provides domain‑driven testing expertise for telecom billing and revenue systems, designing AI‑enabled test strategies, automation frameworks, and quality‑first Agile practices across the delivery lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end test strategies covering in‑sprint, release, SIT, automation, UAT, and production rollout for telecom billing and revenue applications.
- Integrate AI‑enabled testing techniques to improve test coverage, defect detection, and predictive quality insights.
- Embed Agile, shift‑left, and quality‑first practices within cross‑functional delivery teams, ensuring early defect identification.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge graph and stage‑gate processes to guarantee comprehensive test coverage across enterprise workflows.
- Track and report test effectiveness using defined metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to product, architecture, and release teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in software testing for telecom billing, revenue, or accounting systems.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured, or similar).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and shift‑left testing practices.
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques to testing or quality analytics.
- Ability to define, measure, and act on quality KPIs and metrics.
