About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the conception and definition of technical solution designs for investment IT platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, fellow architects, and cross‑functional teams to translate complex business problems into scalable, secure solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to banking guidelines and best practices.
- Lead design reviews, architecture workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions across the organization.
- Champion continuous improvement of architectural standards, patterns, and tooling.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in the financial services sector, preferably in private banking or investment solutions.
- Deep understanding of investment platform architecture, data flows, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex, high‑quality software solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus.
