Solutions Architect
Lead the design and deployment of AI‑driven underwriting solutions, leveraging cloud platforms, machine learning, and data engineering to transform risk assessment and decisioning processes for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI and ML solutions for underwriting, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Design and implement cloud‑native pipelines (AWS/GCP) for data ingestion, model training, and real‑time inference.
- Lead the integration of advanced analytics, large‑scale models, and agentic AI into existing underwriting workflows.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in insurance or financial services underwriting.
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud services (AWS, GCP).
- Strong background in data engineering, ETL, and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
