About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end architecture for AI‑driven enablement platforms on public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Define integration patterns and API strategies to connect content, sales tools, and analytics services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
- Establish best practices for microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, including proof‑of‑concepts, implementation, and post‑deployment optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture for SaaS or enterprise cloud platforms.
- Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and associated services.
- Proven expertise in designing RESTful APIs, event‑driven architectures, and microservice ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration concepts and how to embed them into customer‑facing applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
