Lead complex financial transformation projects as a Solution Architect, designing end‑to‑end billing engines that integrate Sales, Finance, and ERP systems using Revenue Cloud Billing, automated invoicing, and revenue recognition best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end billing solutions that bridge Sales (Agentforce Revenue Management/ARM) and Finance (ERP) systems.
- Lead discovery sessions to map complex billing cycles and translate requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Recommend and implement best‑practice solutions for automated invoicing, dunning, rate management, payments, tax calculation, and revenue recognition.
- Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls while optimizing system performance and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in revenue or billing domains, preferably with Revenue Cloud Billing.
- Deep knowledge of automated invoicing, financial accounting, dunning, rate management, payments, tax calculation, and revenue recognition.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with ERP integration and financial transformation projects.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and influence stakeholders at all levels.
