About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the end‑to‑end solution architecture for airline operations systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Design cloud‑native, microservice‑based solutions on AWS or Azure, incorporating best‑practice security, scalability, and resiliency patterns.
- Lead API strategy and integration across legacy, third‑party, and new digital platforms, establishing standards and governance.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably within airline or transportation IT domains.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), microservices, containerization, and API management.
- Proven ability to design complex integrations and data flows across heterogeneous systems.
- Excellent communication skills to convey architectural decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
