About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end solutions for the HR transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead design workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable, cloud‑based solutions.
- Define integration strategies between SAP SuccessFactors and existing enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Develop detailed solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to oversee solution delivery and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in HR technology, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration patterns (API, iPaaS, middleware).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile delivery and cross‑functional team leadership.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
