About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain SAP solution integrity, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards
- Translate functional designs into technical specifications and review use case implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP processes (S/4 HANA EWM, IM, LE) and resolve defects
- Manage transport requests and coordinate releases to production systems
- Develop technical guidelines and non-functional requirements for scalable solutions
- Provide expert guidance to teams on SAP application standards and best practices
Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years in IT, including 8+ years in solution architecture
- 5+ years of global project experience in SAP S/4 HANA, with certification preferred
- 3+ years leading teams (onsite/offshore) of up to 20 members (Functional/ABAP)
- Hands-on experience with integration tools (BizTalk/MuleSoft) and SAP ALE-IDOC
- Strong leadership in bridging business needs with technical solutions and driving innovation
