Strategic Solution Architect to drive the design, integration and evolution of Genesys Cloud SaaS assisted‑channel capabilities, leveraging cloud, API and microservice technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of the Genesys Cloud assisted‑channels platform, ensuring scalability, reliability and security.
- Design and implement API‑first integration patterns with third‑party systems and internal services.
- Define microservice strategies, containerization and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, best‑practice standards and governance across development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering SaaS solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Deep expertise with Genesys Cloud, its APIs, and contact‑center ecosystem.
- Strong background in microservices, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tooling.
- Proven ability to create high‑level architectural artifacts, roadmaps and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and mentor engineering teams.
