About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end technical design of platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead modernization initiatives, selecting appropriate cloud (AWS) services and architectural patterns to replace legacy systems.
- Drive AI adoption by evaluating, prototyping, and integrating machine‑learning models into production workflows.
- Serve as the primary technical authority, resolving complex implementation challenges and mentoring engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance stakeholders to maintain a cohesive solution roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
- Deep expertise in AWS architecture, cloud migration, and modern application design.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML technologies and their production deployment.
- Strong communication skills, able to influence cross‑functional teams and translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI, GDPR, SOX) and experience building compliant solutions.
