Job Description:
Our Customer is a leading data-driven marketing tech company headquartered in New York, operating on four continents with 1,300+ employees. Our client offers CRM, customer acquisition, strategic managed services, and private data cloud solutions. Our customer powers ‘end to end’ marketing programs for some of the world’s leading brands.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our global team. Your primary responsibilities will include implementation scoping, product configuration, and direct customer communication during the Client onboarding process. You will also be the first line of support for troubleshooting integration issues such as adjusting HTML/CSS for email templates, debugging JavaScript, and investigating client data flow.
Oversee the implementation of customer solutions from planning to execution.
Scope implementation needs and configure products to align with customer requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding and integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and data flows.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document technical processes and customer configurations.
Identify and escalate bugs, feature requests, and use cases to the product team.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring rapid context switching when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role as an Implementation Consultant, or Technical Account Manager.
Strong understanding of CRM/CDM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Epsilon, WhatCounts, or similar.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and front-end debugging tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and website inspection tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with global teams and remote collaboration is a plus.
