Solution Architect for CCaaS driving cloud‑based contact center design and integration across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, leveraging platforms like Genesys Cloud and Talkdesk to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available customer experience solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end‑to‑end CCaaS solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Lead integration of CCaaS platforms (Genesys Cloud, Talkdesk, Five9) with existing CRM, workforce management, and analytics systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
- Define and enforce security, compliance, and governance standards across all cloud deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing cloud‑based contact center solutions.
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services (Compute, Networking, IAM, Security).
- Hands‑on experience with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys Cloud or Talkdesk.
- Strong knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and data security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
