About the role
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and application flow documents to derive test objectives.
Design comprehensive test scenarios and detailed test cases covering functional and technical specifications.
Execute manual test plans on web and mobile loan‑related applications, including LOS and LMS workflows.
Log defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Requirements
2–4 years of hands‑on manual testing experience, preferably in financial or lending domains.
Strong understanding of loan origination and loan management processes.
Proficiency in creating test scenarios, test cases, and defect reports.
Experience testing web and mobile applications, with knowledge of typical user journeys for personal loans.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
