QA Engineer
Software Test Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium and Java within an Agile environment, ensuring high quality releases through continuous integration and rigorous test coverage.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable rapid feedback.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with engineers to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing test insights and risk assessments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG or similar frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
