About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for automotive software using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance tests, documenting results and collaborating with development teams to resolve defects.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless build and deployment processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing test estimates, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Analyze test metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software test engineering, preferably in automotive or embedded domains.
- Strong proficiency in Java/Python and Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and test management tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
