Key Responsibilities
- Review software requirements and design test cases to validate functionality and performance.
- Execute manual test cases and develop automated scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Log defects in JIRA, track resolution, and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in software testing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium and test automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
