About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for defence applications using Selenium and Java.
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases, documenting defects and collaborating with development teams.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high code quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing test estimates, risk assessments, and progress updates.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools (JIRA).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
