QA Engineer
Senior Software Test Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium and Java within an Agile environment, ensuring high quality releases and continuous improvement of testing processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java to validate functional and regression requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA peers to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and defect resolution workflows.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable test execution and timely feedback.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software test engineering with a strong focus on automation.
- Hands‑on experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
