About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for core banking systems using Selenium and Java.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high code quality.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in test automation and quality culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium WebDriver for test automation.
- Hands‑on experience with test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit and CI tools like Jenkins.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
