About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for software components of launch and satellite systems.
- Lead Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, and operations to align technical requirements with mission schedules.
- Track progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate status, issues, and decisions to senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in aerospace or related high‑reliability industry.
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects using Agile frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, version control, and continuous integration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
