Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer support tickets, including bug fixes and data cleanup.

- Contribute to product development by writing clean, maintainable code in Python and JavaScript.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups and retrospective meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting and feature development.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and cleanup tasks.
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
