Software Engineer
Lead the definition, analysis, and documentation of software requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility using UML, Agile practices, and JIRA for traceability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed UML diagrams and use‑case specifications.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle using JIRA and related tools.
- Facilitate workshops and reviews to validate requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Support Agile teams by refining backlogs, prioritizing features, and ensuring clear acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Proven experience in requirements engineering for software projects.
- Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, and process modeling techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
