Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end quality assurance for complex software, designing and executing automated test suites with Selenium and Java, while driving continuous integration and Agile best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Java to ensure high code quality across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and reliable releases.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with engineers to remediate defects.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation and quality culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a focus on automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
