Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) to enable rapid feedback and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, coverage, and quality metrics.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control with Git.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering defect‑free software.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
