Software Engineer
Lead quality assurance for automotive software, applying Automotive SPICE and ISO/IEC 15504 standards to design, execute, and automate rigorous test processes that ensure safety and reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test strategies aligned with Automotive SPICE and ISO/IEC 15504 requirements.
- Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases for automotive software components.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to drive resolution.
- Document quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement actions for continuous process enhancement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software quality engineering within the automotive domain.
- Deep knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO/IEC 15504, and related quality frameworks.
- Strong skills in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber) and scripting languages.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in German and English is preferred.
