Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and execute structured test cases, test plans, and QA documentation for web‑based SaaS applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing across frontend, backend, and API layers to validate user flows and system reliability.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Validate bug fixes before release, ensuring quality standards are met and no regressions are introduced.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices within the engineering team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience on SaaS or web platforms.
- Strong background in writing structured test cases and detailed test documentation.
- Proficiency in functional, regression, and smoke testing methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and effective collaboration with development teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
