Lead a high‑performing QA team, designing and executing automated test suites with Selenium and Java/Python, driving continuous integration, and ensuring quality across complex software releases.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional QA team, setting quality standards and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium with Java or Python.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define test strategies, plans, and metrics for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Analyze defect trends, drive root‑cause investigations, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA leadership experience in a fast‑paced software environment.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java/Python, and test automation best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
