About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites in Python using Selenium and TestNG for web and API components.
- Collaborate with development and validation teams to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices aligned with GxP regulations.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins) to ensure rapid feedback and continuous quality.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and document defects in JIRA, driving root‑cause resolution.
- Participate in code reviews, process improvements, and knowledge sharing sessions to elevate QA practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA engineering experience in regulated or high‑integrity software environments.
- Proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG frameworks.
- Strong understanding of GxP compliance, validation documentation, and audit readiness.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
