About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver robust, cloud‑native software products using Java, Python, and AWS services.
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams, fostering Agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on product development.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
